ProfiResist are the first pans with a non-stick surface for life. They are fitted with a stainless steel honeycomb-shaped structure, which is filled with a non-stick surface. This protects against mechanical wear. The stainless steel handle is ergonomically shaped. The pans are made of three-layer material. The inner layer is made of 18/10 stainless steel - Cromargan®, the core is aluminium and the outer shell is chrome-plated steel. The pans allow for fast and controlled temperature control, excellent even heat distribution and are more efficient than sandwich bottom pans. The pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction and can be used in the oven. It is not recommended to wash the pans in the dishwasher.
