The designers have added an additional fixed blade and an eyelet for cleaning potatoes to the classic green peeler with a straight blade . The finely serrated blade of the yellow peeler handles soft peel perfectly. A blade for grating citrus peel is added to the side edge of this peeler. With the orange julienne peeler , you can cut vegetables into fine strips - ideal for tougher types such as celery, carrots, radishes etc., the fine eye on the side can be used to create longer strands of citrus peel.
