The Gourmet spice slicer is designed for dried herbs or spices such as fennel, coriander, mustard seed, black sesame, cardamom, chilli etc. The SchneidWerk slicing mechanism handles spices with ease. Slicing releases the aroma from herbs and spices much better than crushing or grinding.
Gourmet is the name of a series of useful kitchen helpers from the German company WMF. It contains various indispensable cooking aids: scrapers, slicers, strainers and colanders. A meat mallet, nutcracker or quality mortar and pestle should not be missing.
