1. In which situations you will use the procedure
Refund - withdrawal from the contract
- The goods do not suit you and you wish to return them.
Complaints
- The goods have been damaged in transit.
- Something was missing from the shipment.
- You want to claim the goods within the warranty period.
2. What you can expect
- Return shipping is always free.
- You have 100 days to withdraw from the contract with us.
- Complaints are handled promptly, within 30 days of receipt at the latest.
- If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund your money within 14 days.
3. How to do it
- To request a refund or claim, please submit your request via the online forms below.
- Pack the goods well to avoid damage during transport.
- Choose your return method (you can find the options in here) and send the goods to us.
- We will keep you informed about the status of the processing.

Collection by DPD courier or drop-off at a DPD Pickup point
- Order your return collection online here.
- A courier will deliver the shipping label upon pick-up at the address.
- When dropping off at a DPD delivery point, please stick the label on the package, which you will receive by email after filling in Forms.
By carrier of choice
- Please send us a receipt for shipping to info@kulina.ie we'll reimburse you for the transport costs.
