The BOTTICELLI EVOLUZIONE coffee machine from the domestic La Pavoni line has been designed for the home preparation of espresso coffee using coffee blends, the production of hot water and/or steam (for preparing and warming drinks) and the preparation of hot milk (for milk-based and white coffee drinks) and it can be used at homes, offices, hotels, motels and other environments.
It is equipped with a copper and insulated boiler for energy saving and increased thermal stability, twin manometers to check both pump and boiler pressure to control the correct brewing extraction process, full commercial rotary pump for stronger pressure brewing supply and the option of direct water connection or connection to 2,9 l freshwater reservoir. The water level both in the reservoir and in the boiler is electronic-controlled for your comfort and there are two filter baskets in the set - for 1 cup and 2 cups (7 and 16 grams). The brewing pressure can be adjusted manually by turning the pump pressure adjustment screw (the pressure changes by approximately 0.1 atm for each complete turn of the screw).
The BOTTICELLI EVOLUZIONE espresso maker is also equipped with a cup warmer shelf that uses the heat given off from the boiler to warm your cups and help maintain the coffee at the right temperature.
