Top-quality non-stick titanium frying pans with removable handleDiamond Lite from the German brand WOLL are ideal for healthy and energy-saving frying with little or no fat thanks to their special non-stick surface. The diamond double-hardened surface boasts highly superior non-stick properties and is also highly scratch resistant. The pans are easy to clean and can easily withstand washing in the dishwasher or the use of metal kitchen utensils, for example.
In addition to the extremely durable non-stick surface, you will appreciate the very fast heat transfer over the entire surface of the pan which is ensured by a special 6-layer material and a quality processed bottom. The pans are ideal for use on an induction hob, with the added advantage of being able to bake in an oven up to 250 °C.
Diamond Lite pans are equipped with practical removable handles. Thanks to the clever technical design, they easily fit into the kitchen sink, dishwasher or even a smaller oven after removing the handles. It saves space during storage.
The patented mechanism of the removable heat-insulated handle ensures comfortable handling. The supporting part of the handles or handles is cast into the casting of the pan. Technologies and materials used
WOLL professional cast products represent "Made in Germany" products manufactured with the highest quality workmanship. This is also continuously monitored during the production process. In addition, the technologies used by WOLL are environmentally friendly and have low carbon dioxide emissions. All WOLL cookware made of high-quality cultured aluminium alloy is cast by hand, which distinguishes it from conventional anonymous factory production. Slow hand casting prevents the formation of air pockets that reduce the quality of the material.
Several more layers are applied to the resulting aluminium casting for higher non-stick and durability of the cookware. Before that its surface is sandblasted several times. In a further step, the body of the pan or pot is hardened with titanium particles and fired with a plasma nozzle at extreme temperatures in excess of 20,000 °C. The dishes are thus dimensionally stable and resistant to mechanical damage. The second layer protects the material against corrosion while the third layer provides excellent anti-adhesion properties. The last top hardened layer is non-stick, double hardened using diamond particles, the hardest mineral on our planet. For its exceptional properties, it is protected by a manufacturing secret. The unique method of manufacturing the induction plate from ferromagnetic steel ensures a flat bottom and fast and even heating of the pan without heat loss.
Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the high-quality non-stick surface can withstand dishwasher washing or even the use of metal kitchen tools. (However, for a longer life of your cookware, we recommend using more gentle wooden or silicone utensils.) WOLL's specially hardened, non-stick surface is proven for healthy cooking with little or no fat. It is safe and PFOA-free. The resulting dishes are so rich in vitamins. Thanks to its heat resistance up to 250 °C it is not only suitable for delicate foods, but also for frying at high temperatures. Diamond Lite cookware also withstands temperature shocks very well, it can even be heated rapidly without the use of fat. Thanks to its superior non-stick properties, the cookware is very easy to clean.
Instructions from WOLL on the correct use of the utensils WOLL
The WOLL-Profi-Guss cookware gets hot very quickly, so it is important to maintain the correct temperature when frying.
When frying or baking in fat or oil, heat the WOLL-Profi-Guss cookware thoroughly:
- Briefly heat the empty WOLL-Profi-Guss to the highest setting. The high-quality bottom heats up very quickly and evenly.
- Turn down to the desired temperature in time and add the fat or oil and the baking ingredients.
- Do a test with a cooking pot: to know that the fat or oil is at the right temperature, hold the dry handle of a wooden cooking pot in the fat. If small bubbles form around it, the fat is hot enough. You should not start smoking from the fat, because then it starts to burn.
The WOLL-Profi-Guss cookware is also perfectly suited for cooking meat without fat, for example, thanks to its high-quality non-stick surface:
- When frying meat without fat, heat your WOLL-Profi-Guss cookware for approximately 2 1⁄2 minutes on the highest setting. Check that the pan is properly heated: with a wet finger, drop a few drops of water into the pan - if the drops "dance" on the bottom, the pan is at the right temperature; if they disappear immediately, the WOLL-Profi-Guss is already too hot.
- You can now reduce the heat input by about a third.
- The meat must be at room temperature before cooking.
- Now put the meat in the WOLL-Profi-Guss dish - the meat will stick to it slightly at first.
- When it loosens slightly from the bottom, turn it over and fry it from the other side.
- Then roast or bake the meat until it reaches the degree of doneness you prefer. Bloody: the meat offers no resistance when pressed; medium rare: slight resistance; rare: the meat hardly bends when pressed.
- Let the meat rest in the oven at 90 °C for about 5 minutes after baking.
