The core is made of FC61 Friodur steel with a hardness of 61 Rockwell degrees (HRC). The triple-riveted handle has an ergonomic shape that is extremely comfortable for gripping and guiding the knife while cutting. Elegant black and brass spacers on the handle enhance the knife's beauty, firm grip and good manoeuvrability at the tip. This Santoku knife with a blade length of 18 cm is also part of the line.
