The olive wood is strongly textured and the uniqueness of the natural patterns makes each individual grinder a unique original. The exotic wood of the olive tree grows slowly and is strong, durable and exceptionally hard. The grinder is ergonomically shaped for comfortable use. It is equipped with a grinding mechanism with grinding coarseness adjustment. The grinders are distinguished by the letters P and S on the upper part of the crown.

Details of the Peugeot salt grinding mechanism:

The salt grinding mechanism has been specially developed for grinding coarse and dry sea salt. It is made of stainless steel so it is not at risk of corrosion by salt.

What salt to use?

For ideal operation and use of the grinder, we recommend coarse salt grains up to 4 mm in diameter. Always use coarse salt, either dry sea salt or rock salt.
