This mould de Buyer with two interchangeable bottoms is ideal for baking cakes, pies, cakes or desserts. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface and removable side section allow for easier removal. The non-stick coating protects the steel against oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
