The Gourmet Line cheese grinder made of stainless steel alloys is dimensionally stable, resistant to food acids, odour and taste neutral and hygienic. It can be used to grate common hard cheeses, chocolate, nuts or garlic. But it can also grate very hard cheeses, such as Parmesan.
