The Severin RG 2371 has a grill surface made half of lava stone and half of non-stick surface. The lava stones allow you to grill without fat, making the prepared food much healthier. The grilling surface measures 46 x 23 cm. The lower space under the grill surface is designed for 8 small pans. These are made of a non-stick surface. Simply roast potatoes, melt cheese or fry vegetables.
