It consists of a robust aluminium core encased in stainless steel, with a titanium oxide reinforced outer shell for extra durability. It accumulates heat very well and distributes it quickly and evenly.
Multifunctional pot lid with controlled blending function

The sophisticated metal handle allows you to "stand" pot lid on the edge of the pot, saving time and effort because you don't dirty the work surface.
