When developing the intensa® cookware series, it was clear that it was necessary to get rid of the potholder and colander. Every detail plays an important role in the kitchen, and finding the necessary additional helpers is often a superhuman task. Balancing with a colander also increases the risk of burns. The intensa® flat lid fits tightly to the edge of the pot and if you want to pour the liquid, simply slide the lid - the trick is that thanks to the handles on the sides of the lid, you can precisely adjust the width of the pouring hole without removing the lid. You can also choose whether to bake - when you lift the lid - or steam - when you close the lid. Comfortable, precise and safe.

The curved, wider rim ensures that liquid spills out of the pot without accident. The designers did not escape the problem of condensation from the lid. German consistency led them to the optimal solution - the lid can be hung anywhere on the edge of the pot thanks to the integrated holder. The condensate flows into the pot and does not stain your stove, worktop or table.
