Grilling or cooking on an open fire always involves the need to handle hot objects. Petromax has therefore developed the ARAMID series of products that offer the best protection when handling hot surfaces.

Aramid products Petromax are made of durable and thick leather, which is lined with heat resistant aramid fibres. Hands and forearms are thus effectively protected from contact with temperatures up to 250 °C. These products can be used to safely handle not only hot cast iron, but also glowing or burning logs.

The naturally rough surface of the pot gloves and pot holders always ensures a firm grip and can also be used as pads under hot pots and pans. The wide cut of the gloves and mittens with a pocket with the possibility of inserting the hand, guarantees quick and safe removal.
