Stainless steel pot with lid from the Affinity series is made of five-layer material with a high gloss polished surface. Affinity functional cookware combines the utility of durable stainless steel and thermally conductive aluminium. The unique material consists of an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of aluminium and an outer stainless ferromagnetic layer for perfect heat conduction in induction. The cookware reacts quickly to changes in hob temperature, spreading heat quickly and evenly across the entire surface of the cookware. Ideal for healthy cooking with preservation of vitamins, reduction of sauces, frying at high temperatures or slow braising under a lid.
