The designers therefore had the idea to reverse the role of the colander and create a bulky perforated spoon with which you can scoop pasta and other ingredients directly out of the liquid. As this is a truly unique tool, it would be a shame to stick with just a pot - with the spoon you can scoop grilled vegetables from the baking sheet, for example. In addition, you don't have to wait for dripping, the barrier at the bottom allows you to put the utensils anywhere on the edge of the pot or pan.
