What makes a perfect oven dish?
Oven dish often called a casserole, probably from the archaic French word casse meaning a small saucepan, is a large, deep dish used both in the oven and as a serving dish (for this reason it's sometimes equipped with small handles). It is one of the essential kitchen tools and it can be used for various purposes. You can use a baking dish for sweet and savoury dishes, for desserts and dinner dishes, vegetables, meat or fruit meals.
