Choc Classic non-stick pans from the French company de Buyer are extremely light, suitable for preparing or heating delicate foods with a minimum amount of fat. The impressive 5 mm thickness of the material guarantees their dimensional stability, while the high quality non-stick surface ensures professional durability and optimal non-stick performance in everyday use. The ingenious shape of the Lyonnaise - the flared and convex shape of the pan edges - makes it easy to turn the food in the pan and slide it onto the plate when serving.

Choc pans have been designed for optimal heat conduction and accumulation. The flat steel handles are riveted firmly in place and coated with an epoxy coating that resists high temperatures and suppresses thermal conductivity. The pans can also be used for baking in a traditional oven for less than 10 min. Not suitable for induction
