Premium Organic Charcoal (100% Natural Lump Charcoal) is made from a blend of oak and hickory wood from the Carya tree, and you'll be able to smell it on the finished dish. Coal quickly heats up to a high temperature, which it then maintains for a long time.

And because we are fully green and "Green" is even our middle name, our charcoal must of course be eco-friendly. No chemical or other unnatural additives. And it did. The burning temperature is very high with Premium Organic Lump Charcoal and it burns extremely slowly. So you'll have less ash at the end as well. You can use the EGG system for 4 to 6 hours per fill. Our Premium Organic Lump Charcoal is available in packs of 4, 5 and 9 kg.
