The newly developed milk cooker with temperature display and improved handling is the optimal helper when preparing delicate foods that must be prepared carefully and not heated directly. These include milk and dairy dishes, melting chocolate and frostings, maintaining the temperature of egg or cream dishes that would curdle or thicken during cooking. It is also used for thawing frozen food and making fried dough.
The bottom of the milk cooker can also be used as a regular saucepan.
Dishwasher safe after removing the thermometer, just wipe it with a damp cloth.
