The SWING PLUS mandolin from the French company de Buyer is a multifunctional household helper that saves work, time and storage space. The non-slip feet for comfortable support of the mandoline on the work surface ensure stability while the wide cutting surface makes it easy to process even larger pieces of food. An essential part of the mandoline is the ergonomic fruit/vegetable holder which allows you to peel very quickly and safely. With its help, you can easily create grated slices with just a twist.

The SWING PLUS Mandolin also makes it easy to create neat vegetable strips, homemade potato chips and fries or slices of fruit or vegetables in adjustable thickness. You can also cut very soft fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes and oranges. The new system allows easy presetting of the exact thickness of the slices from extra thin 0.5mm to 10mm, in 0.5mm increments.
