The special blade, made of high-quality knife steel, is extremely sharp and durable. Quickly and effortlessly prepare salads or fruit bowls, one slice will be like the other, 2 mm thick. The grater is made of Cromargan® (stainless steel 18/10), an extremely durable material that is dishwasher safe.
