The Gourmet Knife Sharpener is equipped with two ceramic inserts that are used in two stages: first, the knife is pre-sharpened on the set "I" stage and then it is finely sharpened on the "II" stage. The grades can be easily switched at the front of the grinder using the marked buttons. For safe handling, the sharpener has a groove for guiding the blade and anti-slip points on the underside.
With a knife sharpener, you can easily and efficiently sharpen a quality knife at any time, as even the best quality knife loses its sharpness over time. The knife must be thoroughly cleaned of all dirt before use. The knife must then be pulled straight when sharpening to achieve the optimum sharpness result. The Gourmet sharpener is designed for straight blades, it cannot be used on scissors, serrated or serrated blades.
