Even top knives lose their sharpness with use and must be sharpened. The WMF stainless steel sharpener is the ideal tool for every kitchen. It is stable, easy to use and easy to maintain. It is made of durable 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel. The sharpening surface is made of extremely hard metal, which makes it possible to sharpen the knives perfectly. The excellent properties of the grinder are also appreciated by professionals.
The grinder is not suitable for serrated and serrated blades. Clean the blade thoroughly of dirt before use. Not dishwasher safe.
Instructions for use: Hold the sharpener with one hand, grasp the knife with the other hand and pull the blade through the blade slot five to ten times. Gently push downwards.
If the grinding surface becomes dull with heavy use, remove the plastic cover, loosen the screws, rotate the grinding triangles, tighten the screws and replace the cover. This can be done twice in total.
Cleaning: remove the plastic cover and wipe off the metal dust with a soft cloth.
