Beautiful set of 3 Dellinger JOSHI Sakura knives made of Japanese damascus steel VG-10 with impressive drawing of sakura on the blade. The very sharp and hard cutting core made of Japanese vg-10 steel is very well protected against corrosion by being sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 SS316 stainless steels (damascus steel), which ensure exceptional durability and toughness.

• Kiritsuke Gyuto - chef's knife, blade length 210 mm
• Nakiri knife - for vegetables, blade length 170 mm
• Utility knife - universal, blade length 135 mm
• Grinding stone roughness #1000/6000

The blades of these knives are hardened in high-precision vacuum heat treatment furnaces. Each knife is hand-ground and at a hardness of around 61 HRC achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness.
