The folding mechanism is simple: The plastic blade of the scraper is housed in a stainless steel handle as standard. To use the scraper, grasp the handle and with your other hand, extend the scraper blade so that it is perpendicular to the handle. Then turn the handle counterclockwise to secure the blade in position.
