The 28x28 cm Iron grill pan is made of cast iron, which conducts and holds heat perfectly, reducing energy consumption during cooking. It has a unique cast iron slotted lid, which is smaller than the pan, has grill strips on the inside and just lays directly on the meat when using the pan . The Iron pan is suitable for serving from the oven directly to the table.
The black enamel interior of the pan is extremely durable and easy to clean. However, we recommend using nylon, wooden or silicone tools.
Included in the package are 2 silicone handle caps, which make it easy to carry the pan even when it is hot.
Iron cookware is suitable for all types of cookers including induction and can also be used in the oven. It is very easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher (however, hand washing is recommended).
