Its smooth enamel bottom is suitable for use on all types of cooking sources, including induction.

The Staub pan is equipped with an ergonomic handle made of beech wood in an unconventionally modern design. The wooden handle does not transfer heat, at the same time lightens the weight of the cast iron. Not suitable for use in the oven.
