Product detailed description
The thin and very flexible blade allows you to debone poultry and remove the skin from fresh meat. It is also ideal for processing fish. The finished fillets look exactly how you want them: tasty, whole and precisely cut.
The exclusive 1905 design series combines traditional craftsmanship in a modern spirit with elements of historical design. In 1905 Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid joints to replace the rivets previously used. Since 1905, this unique design has been further developed using modern materials and manufacturing techniques. The blade is made of special German stainless steel XcrMoVMn. A unique, finely dispersed flexible material with a dynamically sharp blade has been produced using a challenging hardening technology.
