    SFOGLIA MIA is the latest semi-professional pasta machine from the Italian masters of G3Ferrari. It makes it very easy and quick to prepare 5 types of pasta: lasagne, tagliatelle, spaghetti, reginette and fettucine. With 9 thickness settings, you can find the one that best suits the type of pasta you want to prepare.

    The automatic motorised system guarantees a continuous working time of up to 60 minutes. So just adjust the thickness, switch on the machine and thanks to the 2 speeds and pulse function, you can wait for the perfect pasta in peace, effortlessly and quickly! However, if you want to prepare homemade pasta in the classic Old Italian way, you can use a skewer instead of a motor and roll the pasta by hand.
