SUPERLEGGERO series

Superleggero glasses are the next step on the road to perfect, handmade wine glasses.
They are made of crystal that is unsurpassed thin and light, which is hand blown by master glassmakers. The Superleggero series requires extraordinary experience and skill to produce. The slender silhouette is emphasised by the use of the thinnest stem in Riedel' s history, and the part where the stem joins the base is considerably lighter. To celebrate this success, the glassmakers placed the name of the series on the base of the glasses for the first time ever.

The name Superleggero comes from Italian and means " superlight" . In line with Riedel's philosophy, the Superleggero series is designed to enhance the taste of wine. Superleggero decanter completes the series.
