Maintenance of PRIMA MATERA copper cookware:

Use the special PRIMA MATERA copper dishwashing paste preferably after each use. The inner stainless steel surface can be washed in the normal way. It is not recommended to wash copper cookware in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergents contain high levels of chlorine.

To use: first wash the dishes with soapy water. Soak the sponge in hot water, scoop up the cleaning paste and spread as needed over the surface of the dishes. Rinse with hot water and wipe dry.
