The very sharp Japanese chef's knife KITA NORTH DAMASCUS (blade length 200 mm) can be used for cutting, slicing and cleaning meat, fruit and vegetables, but thanks to the bevelled blade to the tip you can also perform more detailed activities. It's a utility knife, but it offers a little more.

The captivating design and the highest quality is underlined by 7 layers of damascus steel, so that the knife exhibits exceptional durability and toughness and retains its long-lasting sharpness at a hardness of approx. HRC 62. The hand-ground and perfectly balanced sharp blade with a shimmering damascene pattern, reminiscent of a stormy sea, minimises friction when cutting and prevents sliced food from sticking to the blade. Each design is completely unique and unrepeatable, so each knife is an original!

The KITA NORTH DAMASCUS Chef's Knife has an ergonomic western style handle made of natural Olneya tesota wood, which is decorated with Celtic ornamental design. The handle is hand polished and will be a pleasure to work with.
