Chef's knife DAMASCUS 67 20,8 cm, Samura
Code: SMRSND67KNESProduct detailed description
Samura knives are made from the finest Japanese and Swedish steel, hardened to 58 - 61 HRC. The blades have a Japanese shape and a gentle taper from the tip, which gives them fantastic cutting performance. Samura knives are sharpened at an angle of 17 degrees. This is more than Japanese knives, but less than European knives. The best modern materials are used for the handles: Micarta, G10, stabilized wood, plastic with a fine finish, Kraton and composites.
This chef's knife has a heavy handle, a wide and long blade with a central point. It's easy to chop cabbage, vegetables and herbs, and just as easy to chop meat, fish and poultry. This chef's knife is an essential part of every chef's kit. Samura Damascus 67 is the pinnacle of Japanese minimalism. It is the most beautiful of the series, the knives are thin and have a sharp blade and an ergonomic oval handle.
