The WMF Nuova cheese knife set is designed for easy cutting of cheese. The unusual modern design is suitable for presentation at the table. The sturdy blade of the shorter knife is designed for slicing hard cheeses. The narrow-bladed knife is suitable for slicing softer cheeses (such as brie or camembert). The perforations of the blades make slicing easier and prevent cheese from sticking to the blades.
Special cutlery from the Nuova series made of high quality stainless steel Cromargan®, which contains 72% steel, 18% chromium and 10% nickel. It is a durable, non-corrosive, food acid resistant material. Cromargan® is beautifully glossy and easy to clean. Cutlery is dishwasher safe.
