The asparagus pot will be especially appreciated by lovers of this delicacy - because of its shape and size, asparagus cannot be cooked in ordinary pots. This pot has a cylindrical shape, which prevents the asparagus from breaking when cooking, plus it has a wire insert inside for easy removal.

You can then use the water for further cooking. Without the insert, you can of course use the pot for cooking other food, such as potatoes or pasta. The pot is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. It is made of Cromargan® stainless steel, which is scratch-resistant, robust, neutral in taste and easy to clean. Thanks to the universal TransTherm® base , it is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Stainless steel 18/10 Cromargan®

Cromargan® is an 18/10 stainless steel developed by WMF. The name was created by combining the Latin words Crom and Argan, i.e. chrome and silver, which express the shiny appearance of this stainless steel. It is a food-grade steel that is suitable for cookware and contains 18% chromium, 10% nickel (hence 18/10) and 72% steel. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, does not absorb tastes or odours, has a long service life and is easy to clean. It is most often used for the production of high-quality cutlery, pots and pans in a modern design.
